The servers come with a one-year out-of-the-box warranty with the option to extend another year. There is also a service number to call if there are any issues. As an add-on, Lux Machina offers turn-key services with the installation and operations of the Lux Arca system.

Who uses Lux Arca servers?

Lux Machina uses them, that’s who! As a leader in the development of virtual production solutions, we needed a more robust and flexible server than what was out on the market, so we created our own.

Some of the projects that have used Lux Arca servers are HBO Max’s House of the Dragon, Warner Bros.’ Barbie movie and the upcoming Apple+ series: Masters of the Air. The Lux Stage at Trilith Studios also uses Arca servers, having just wrapped Francis Ford Coppola’s feature film, Megalopolis.
